These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Card Hive website and online store (the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Card Hive is a UAE-based company located in Dubai Business Bay, with warehouse operations in Dubai and Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.


1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction;

  • You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements;

  • All information provided to us is accurate and complete.


2. Product Availability & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products without notice;

  • Correct pricing errors;

  • Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or suspected fraud;

  • Limit quantities per customer or household.

In the event of a pricing error, we are not obligated to honor incorrect pricing.


3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion;

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, reselling abuse, or payment risk;

  • Cancel duplicate or high-risk transactions.

Orders may not be canceled once processed or shipped.


4. Preorders

Preorder items are subject to manufacturer release schedules and allocation.

  • Release dates are estimates and may change without notice;

  • Delays caused by manufacturers or distributors are outside our control;

  • Preorders may be partially fulfilled depending on allocation;

  • We reserve the right to cancel preorders if allocation is reduced.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept potential delays.


5. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges except where required by applicable law.

This includes:

  • Sealed products

  • Booster boxes and packs

  • Collection boxes

  • Promotional items

  • Limited releases


6. Condition of Products

All sealed products are sold in the condition received from the manufacturer or distributor.

We do not guarantee:

  • Pull rates

  • Specific card contents

  • Centering, print quality, or grading outcomes

  • Manufacturer packaging condition (minor dents, shrink wrap imperfections, etc.)

Condition concerns must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery, with:

  • Clear photographic evidence;

  • Original packaging visible;

  • Order number included.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be considered.


7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All shipped orders include tracking.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays;

  • Customs delays;

  • Lost shipments after confirmed delivery;

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • You will not initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue;

  • You are responsible for all authorized purchases made using your payment method.

We reserve the right to:

  • Contest all fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks;

  • Provide order confirmation, tracking, delivery confirmation, and communications as evidence;

  • Block future purchases from customers who initiate unjustified disputes.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities.


9. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Request identity verification;

  • Cancel orders flagged as high-risk;

  • Refuse service to anyone suspected of fraudulent activity.


10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and branding, is the property of Card Hive and may not be used without permission.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Card Hive shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • Loss of profits;

  • Loss of collectible value;

  • Grading outcomes;

  • Manufacturer defects beyond our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.


13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
