Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of sealed trading card products and collectibles, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances once an order has been placed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

To submit a claim, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the outer shipping packaging

Failure to notify us within 24 hours of delivery will void eligibility for review.

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sealed products

  • Booster packs or booster boxes

  • Trading card singles

  • Opened items

  • Change-of-mind purchases
